Why don’t I see my favorite team?

We're currently in the process of adding teams to our expanding roster of licenses. Our team is dedicated to representing all of our fan favorites, so keep checking back for new updates!

What is the difference between the NFL and NCAA styles?

The NCAA style features a zipper to connect your Helmet Hoodie hood to the body of a sport top. The NFL style does not offer the option of a zipper.

How can I care for my Helmet Hoodie?

The reality of the game is helmets get dirty on the field, so all our Helmet Hoodies are washable.

What are Helmet Hoodies made of?

Crafted from 100% Polyester fabric and fully lined, the Helmet
Hoodie Football Hood delivers the ultimate comfort whether you are watching
your team from the stadium or at home. The hood features a buckle, which you
can leave unclasped for a loose-fitting feel or clasp it for a snugger fit. The
football hood structure contains neoprene foam and 20% spandex to maintain
their rightful shape.

Refunds

Does Helmet Hoodies offer refunds or exchanges?

It's important to us that you love your custom Helmet Hoodie! If you're not satisfied with your Helmet Hoodie, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date. Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging. With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels, you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. 

 Once we receive your item, if you paid by credit or debit card,
refunds will be sent to the card-issued bank within five to ten
business days. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when
the credit will be posted to your account.

How long does shipping take?

All of our orders are sent with UPS Ground. 

Our shipping times are as listed:

Domestic: 7-10 Business Days

International: 10-14 Business Days
